CLASSIFICATION: A premium grade-chrome sand based preparation to help prevent ladle gate leakage and aid the free opening of hot metal casting ladles in metallurgical plants.

APPLICATION : For use in covering hot metal ladle nozzle slide gates prior to filling the ladle with molten metal in casting plants such as Ferro alloy and Steel plants.

FUNCTION: Provides a non-sintering barrier between the molten metal and the slide gate, which flows freely as the slide gate is opened.
